1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in any rental or tour experience provided by Jupiter Sea And Ski, LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Service Agreement. These terms are legally binding and apply to all participants.
2. Age & Licensing Requirements

Riders must be 16 years or older to operate a personal watercraft (PWC), in accordance with Florida law.

Operators born after January 1, 1988, must have a Boater Safety Education ID Card or complete a temporary boater exam prior to rental.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
3. Passenger & Weight Limits

Each PWC accommodates up to 3 passengers OR a maximum combined weight of 530 lbs.

Children ages 6 and up may ride as passengers.

Children must sit in the middle or rear seat, with an adult operator at the front.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel due to weather or safety concerns; in such cases, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. Weather Policy
We operate rain or shine. However, if conditions are unsafe (lightning, high winds, etc.), we may cancel or delay your rental or tour. Safety is our top priority.
6. Liability Waiver
All participants must sign a liability waiver before departure. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
7. Safety Rules

Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water.

No reckless driving, wave-jumping near other vessels, or entering restricted areas.

Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited before and during operation.

If equipment is returned damaged, the renter is responsible for repair or replacement costs.
8. Late Returns & Fees
Riders who return after their scheduled time may be charged a late fee of up to $50 per 15 minutes.
9. Damage Deposit
A security deposit or card hold may be required for each rental. Funds will be released upon safe return and inspection of the equipment.
10. Media Release
By participating, you grant [Your Business Name] the right to use photos or videos taken during your experience for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to your reservation.
